Privacy Notice (GDPR)

Imagine food that not only satisfies but keeps every cell in balance. Nutriomix unites cell biology, sensory expertise and culinary craftsmanship in a scalable food-design platform.

2. Purposes of processing: We process personal data to deliver content, safeguard system security and continuously improve this website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Server logs: When you access the site we process IP address, timestamp, requested resource, referrer as well as browser and operating system data. The data supports technical provision and abuse prevention and is deleted after 30 days.

4. Essential cookies & consent records: We store language preferences and your consent choice on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(2) TTDSG. Without these cookies the site cannot be used comfortably.

5. Optional Google services: Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Google Ads and additional Google marketing tools are loaded only after you consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG). The integrations are being prepared; this notice explains the intended processing. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) rely on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR. IP anonymisation is enabled for Analytics; data is retained for no longer than 14 months.

6. Hosting & processors: This website is hosted on DigitalOcean LLC infrastructure in data centre FRA1 (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). We maintain a data processing agreement with ACAAS AI SOLUTIONS I.K.E., Lasthenous 34, 72100 Agios Nikolaos, Crete (Greece) for operation and maintenance.

7. Additional recipients: Personal data is disclosed only where we are legally obliged to do so or where you have provided consent.

8. Retention & erasure: We delete personal data once the purpose ends and no statutory retention duties remain. Consent records are stored for up to three years after the last interaction to meet accountability requirements.

9. Data subject rights & withdrawal: You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

10. Separate policies for Platform & API: Use of the Nutriomix AI Platform and the Nutriomix API is governed by dedicated privacy notices and terms that must be accepted before a contract is concluded and access is granted.

11. Updates: We will amend this privacy notice when introducing new services or whenever legal requirements change. Status: 22/10/2025.
