Chief Scientific Officer

Researcher and systems thinker behind the NBS. Aziz advances Nutriomix’s patent-backed methodology from cell-culture models and reference values, translating it into robust algorithms, rules and validation workflows. He oversees scientific validation, datasets and studies – including the 13-week human pilot in 2021 – securing the evidence base that powers the NBS in practice and product development.

Food technologist (HS Weihenstephan-Triesdorf) with broad industry and laboratory experience. Freya is responsible for quality assurance, EU FIC/health-claim compliance and NBS documentation – covering raw material and supplier approvals, HACCP/IFS processes, laboratory and stability testing, through to final on-pack and online claims.

Career stations include Meyermühle (analytics), Hofpfisterei (quality/production), AGROLAB GROUP (customer/project management) and LaVita (quality assurance, product strategy & legal).
